Scope and quotations
Each engagement will be governed by a written proposal covering deliverables, fees, timelines and responsibilities. Work begins once the proposal is accepted and any agreed advance payment is received.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate information, approved content and materials they have permission to use. Changes to the agreed scope may require a revised quotation and timeline.
Payments and cancellation
Payment schedules, cancellation arrangements and any third-party costs will be specified in the project agreement.
Intellectual property
Ownership and usage rights for completed work will be defined in the project agreement. Third-party fonts, imagery, software and hosting remain subject to their respective terms.
Support and limitations
